Planning and Cost management

The Planning and Cost Management Department at First EFM monitors and controls projects in all their phases, from the Initiation to the closing, and manages the changes to ensure the completion of the project on the agreed time and budget. 

• Monitors and controls all project costs and expenses.
• Determines project budgets and cash flows, in addition to managing the record of changes.
• Checking the contractor’s entitlement to the financial claims submitted
• Monitoring the cost and time, Planned vs. Actual.
• Monitoring and analyzing any cost increases, and managing changes log, to support the management in taking the right decisions. 
• Preparing project schedules using the latest software such as Primavera P6.
• Effectively planning the sequence of work activities.
• Periodic updating of the schedule according to the actual implementation of the work.
• Predicting and analyzing delays.
• Submitting periodic reports according to the client’s requirements on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
