FIRST EFM LTD manages the facility management of Four seasons Hotel by a professional management discipline focused on the efficient and effective delivery of the supporting systems:

• 3 low-pressure hot water boilers with a capacity of 2453 KW each boiler. 
• 2 steam boilers with a capacity of 1107 KW for each boiler. 
• there are three 22/0.4 Metlic transformer stations with a capacity of 1600 KV for each transformer.
• Two Caterpillar generators with a capacity of 1360 KVA each.
• BMS system
• HV panels.
• LV panels.
• LC systems
