Senior Civil Engineer

Monitor the planning and designing stages of civil engineering projects.
Conduct a site survey to review the construction requirements prepared by the EC team from an FM point of view.
Check technical designs and drawings prepared by Engineering and control team or any external party to ensure that they are followed correctly.
Participate in the technical assessments of civil works and relevant quotations and offers.
Prepare work schedules in collaboration with the project manager.
Perform regular tests on materials and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Ensure that the construction project is completed on time and within budget in coordination with Engineering and control team.
Follow up on all Civil preventive & Corrective maintenance in the facilities.
Ensure the safety of the building or establishment from fire, flood, and other hazards from a Civil point of view.
Maintain the efficiency and good working conditions of the facilities.
