Development of the Boulevard strip belongs to Four seasons Hotel (area 9,760 m²), includes 22 areas to be invested as Shops, Restaurants, Kids area (area of 3,531 m²) as well as Roof Terraces (area of 1,021 m²).

We are responsible for the management and safety of construction works, through planning, organizing, and controlling contractors and sub-contractors, we maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures.

We schedule the daily activities of construction trades-people, establish methods to meet work schedules, coordinate work activities with other departments/subcontractors/supervisors /managers, Resolve work problems, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. 

We are responsible for maintenance and services of work facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the Boulevard and its employees, By professional management discipline focused on the efficient and effective delivery of the supporting systems:

• Transformers.
• Gensets.
• HV panels.
• LV panels.
• LC systems.
• HVAC.
• Pumps
